Előbbit Richard Matheson 1971-es novellája, a _Párbaj_ ihlette, amely egy motorosról és az országúton őt üldöző eszelős kamionosról szól, és akkor vált legendássá, amikor a fiatal Steven Spielberg megfilmesítette. A _Teljes gázzal_ valódi főhajtás a _Párbaj_ írója előtt. A történet a rajtvonaltól kezdve teljes gázzal száguld. Nem így kötetünk másik írása, _A magas fűben_, amely körbe-körbe ődöng, révület, eltévelyedés, lázálom és ráolvasásszerű rigmusok köreit teljesíti, de ez az irányvesztettség, ha lehet, még dermesztőbb. Joe Hill és Stephen King mind ez idáig nem adott ki több közös történetet. Mit is mondhatnánk: várjuk a továbbiakat!
