Wataru Karasuma - Not Lives 1.

Wataru Karasuma - Not Lives 3.

Sarina Bowen - Elle Kennedy - Ez a srác
Most, hogy a z egyetemi csapataik egymás ellen játszanak a nemzeti bajnokságon, végre lesz alkalma bocsánatot kérni.

K. Webster - Pearson
I am selfish. Spoiled. A single father. I do what I want because I can. One of my four sons is dating the hot, young little neighbor... Too bad it won't last long. When I want something, I take it—even if it means taking from my son. My name is Eric Pearson. I am an unapologetic, egotistical, domineering man. People may not like me, but it doesn't stop them from wanting me.

Kristan Higgins - If You Only Knew
Letting go of her ex-husband is harder than wedding-dress designer Jenny Tate expected…especially since his new wife wants to be Jenny's new best friend. Sensing this isn't exactly helping her achieve closure, Jenny trades the Manhattan skyline for her hometown up the Hudson, where she'll start her own business and bask in her sister Rachel's picture-perfect family life…and maybe even find a little romance of her own with Leo, her downstairs neighbor, a guy who's utterly irresistible and annoyingly distant at the same time. She always thought she'd walk away in this situation, but her triplet daughters have her reconsidering her stance on adultery, much to Jenny's surprise. Both Rachel and Jenny will have to come to terms with the past and the present and find a way to get what they want most of all.

K. Webster - B-Sides and Rarities
Peeking into the head of a writer is like opening the door to a room filled with lunatics, villains, and demons—all running amuck while screaming at exactly the same time. In other words, complete chaos. Most days, authors are able to quieten those voices in their head and focus on the ones who yell the loudest. They are able to clutch onto the hand of the most important character and pull them from the fray. But what happens when they’re all screaming much too loudly? What happens when they all speak at once and they pull the author into the depths of their fiery hell? Writer’s block, that’s what. Have you ever wondered why an author jumped into a different story while in the middle of a series you’ve been following or why they are taking too long to release or why they’ve gone genre hopping? Well, I’ll tell you why. They’re in hell. The hell of their own mind. In most cases, the writer will open new documents and tell portions of these character's stories if only to shut them up for a while. Other times, it’s because the author simply needs to feel useful or productive when their work in progress has come to a screeching halt. Regardless of the reason, you can ask just about any writer in this world and they’ll show you right to a folder on their desktop or a notebook of many scribblings of unfinished stories. This is our therapy. Our coping mechanism. And most days, as a reader, you’re only welcome into the world of our stunning, finished works of art we’ve spent months and months agonizing over. The beautiful final product of our blood, sweet, tears, and insanity. Nobody ever lets you in to see what wasn’t ever meant for the world. The imperfect. The incomplete. The utter madness. Nobody would ever share that with the world, right? Well, they’d have to be a little crazy. They’d have to be me. *** WARNING: This is a collection of incomplete stories. Some end abruptly, almost as quickly as they started. Others let you sink your teeth in just a bit before pushing you away. A couple will leave you pulling at your hair and cursing for more. In this collection, it’s all about beginnings…there are no climaxes or epic endings. It’s madness I tell you! Enter at your own risk.

K. Webster - J. D. Hollyfield - Hate 2 Lovers
She hates him and his big head. He likes her and her big t*ts. She hates him because she somehow ends up naked every time she sees him. He likes her because she somehow ends up naked every time he sees her. She hates him because the big oaf knocked her up with his kid. He likes her because she's carrying his child. She hates the way he gets inside her head. He likes the way she lets him see glimpses of her heart. Andie: I hate you. Roman: I know...but I'm going to change that.

A megszállott, ősz öregember, dr. Moreau borzalmas műtéteket hajt végre. A rovott múltú, hajdan híres, sőt hírhedt kórboncnok tudós idétlen szörnyetegeket állít elő. Fenevadakat és szelíd állatokat vagdal széjjel és operál egybe, olyan "alkotása" azonban nincs, amelyikkel elégedett lehetne. Mitévők lesznek a félresikerült, torz teremtmények, ha győz lényükben a ragadozó elem, és föllázadnak a tudós ellen, hogy bosszút álljanak pokoli kínjaikért?! Milyen áldozatok árán sikerül Prendicknek, az emberséges fiatalembernek megmenekülnie az elszabadult ösztönök véres szigetéről? Erről szól a világhírű nagy angol regényíró hátborzongatóan izgalmas remekműve.

B. N. Toler - Hybrid
"My name is Aldo Lawson. I'm awake. And I'm a hybrid." My Aunt Lucy used to say, “If you cannot find peace within yourself, you will never find it anywhere else.” She said many wise things I never heeded when she was alive. I want to be the woman that’s okay with hiding from what she fears and letting her big, strong man protect her. But that’s not me. I hate to be scared. I hate the feeling that there is an evil out there that could hurt me if it finds me. But mostly, I hate that so many before me lived in fear and died at the hands of evil. That is why I cannot find peace within. There is no peace for me while Healers suffer the atrocities of others. I know Rhett would protect me at all costs. He loves me. And that is why I must leave him behind. It’s impossible to justify hurting someone you love—or many you love—to do what you truly believe is right. Lucy also used to say, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” I get what she was trying to tell me now. Hindsight is twenty/twenty. Sometimes we choose a path we think will lead us toward a noble cause, full of ambition and altruism, only to look back and see we’ve run over and crushed the ones we love most along the way. I can only pray that one day those I love will forgive me. I woke up and I left. I left Rhett, the man who saved me from myself. The man I love. I left my brothers—my best friends. I left. But leaving led me to more. I found answers. I found others like me—who want what I want. But most importantly, I found myself. My name is Aldo Lawson. I’m awake. And I’m a Hybrid.

K. Webster - J. D. Hollyfield - Sundays are for Hangovers
For nearly a year, they’ve been at war. Cops. Forks. Eggs. Two feuding neighbors who couldn’t be more opposite, forced to live next door to one another. Neither is backing down. She drives him crazy with her loud nineties rap music. He gets under her skin the way he obsesses over his stupid perfect lawn. She fantasizes about having sex with the hot nerd—but with duct tape over his dumb mouth. He has dirty dreams of the bombshell beauty where he bangs the crazy right out of her—nightmares of course. Anger isn’t the only thing heating up between these two. They think this is a battle only one of them can win… The growing attraction between them, though, seems to be far more stubborn than the two of them combined.

K. Webster - J. D. Hollyfield - Text 2 Lovers
It’s the start of nothing good. I fired off a storm of raunchy text messages…to the wrong number. And he replied. Him: Show me a picture. Him: Tell me your name. Why does the lure of anonymity have me craving to indulge a stranger? It’s the start of everything right. I received a slew of text messages…when everything in my life was wrong. And she made me laugh again. Her: You’re probably a creeper. Her: Possibly a stalker. Why do I have the overwhelming need to find this stranger who saved me and make her mine? Him: Take a chance with me. Her: This is crazy. Him: I need to see you. Her: What are we doing? Him: We’re about to find out. Her: PHOTO ATTACHED Him: PHOTO ATTACHED

Bonvy Iván - Memória!Zavar? Mellékhatás
Kit érdekel az egészségügy titokzatos világa? Szinte mindenkit! Mindemellett – köztudottan – rengeteg humor is. Prof. Ám a komolyabb értékeket keresők sem fognak csalódni. A jól megírt anekdota irodalmi élmény.

Avery Monsen - Jory John - K is for Knifeball
From the authors of the breakout bestseller All my friends are dead. (more than 175,000 copies sold) and in the humorous vein of Go the F**k to Sleep comes a laugh-out-loud collection of bad advice that turns the children's alphabet book on its head. Adorable illustrated characters lead readers down a path of poor decision-making, and alphabetical, rhyming couplets offer terrible life lessons in which O is for opening things with your teeth, F is for setting Daddy's wallet on fire, and R is for Raccoon (but definitely not for rabies). With plenty of playfully disastrous choices lurking around every corner, this compendium of black humor may be terrible for actual children, but it's perfect for the common-senseless child in all adults.

Jon Klassen - We Found a Hat
Two turtles have found a hat. The hat looks good on both of them. But there are two turtles. And there is only one hat. . . . Evoking hilarity and sympathy, the shifting eyes tell the tale in this brilliantly paced story in three parts, highlighting Jon Klassen’s visual comedy and deceptive simplicity. The delicious buildup takes an unexpected turn that is sure to please loyal fans and newcomers alike.

„M. C. Beaton tökéletlen hősnője egy valódi drágakő.” Publishers Weekly Az Agatha Raisin-sorozat tizennegyedik kötete.
